INDOOR PAINTING

Let’s refresh your space! Choose your color, paint work will start with a selection of paint for your space. Don’t worry, we can chat about what you want and what makes sense! After we choose your paint option and discuss any other supply needs, paint work will be calculated by the square foot needing painted. This is between $1-3 per square foot depending on any additional prep work your space needs, like removing window hardware, patching small holes or even sanding existing surfaces.

HANDY(WO)MAN TASKS

Just need help fixing something around your house? Swapping out a light fixture, a faucet, replacing an outlet, updating door hardware, replacing window screens, mounting a TV, etc.? Let’s take a look! We’ll start with any material costs needed and break down a job time for you. Small household tasks will be quoted per hour, but the entire job price will never go over my initial job quote. Labor costs are $50/hour.

YARD WORK

Need help taming your yard, planting your veggies or doing light tasks? I love to work outside and plants are my favorite. Small jobs will be quoted per hour plus any materials, but the entire job price will never go over my initial job quote. Labor costs are $50/hour. Yard work is weather dependent. Looking for a large landscaping revamp? I work with a master landscaper who does excellent work with the larger visions like water features, trees, hardscaping and anything else you can dream up. He may not be a fix-it daughter, but he’s the plant-it dad we all need!

ANYTHING ELSE

I love to learn new skills! Even if I haven’t listed it here or specifically mentioned something, give me a call! If I don’t know how to do it, I’d love to figure it out. My learning time is not on you. Like any other job, I’ll give you a total job quote and the final price will not go over that amount.
